What a Man Feels

Every day my friend Maliek (check out her blog - Naturally Impressive Thought) sends out these "thought of the day" emails and they are usually something very simple to think and reflect on but today's I think goes with my whole state of being for the past couple of years.

I always question the motive of a man, when it comes to Love. I'm even at a point where I listen to what Steve Harvey has to say just to get the male perspective (and Steve gives it to you straight, no chaser). But Leaky's words today just says it all (sadly the person who gave this quote is anonymous, but I'll give Leaky the credit on this one:

"Through my experience as well as my keen observation, I can say without a shadow of doubt, when a man loves a woman there is NOTHING that will keep him from her and when he does not, there is indeed nothing that can make him stay."

So ladies with this said, continue to remember your worth. Continue to understand that there is NO NEED to "hold onto a man". LET GO OF THE DEAD WEIGHT Ladies! Stop trying to keep something that's dying to leave.

Ladies know that when a man is truly you're man, a man that want's you and ONLY you, a man says you're HIS HEART/his rib/his other half he'll show it. He'll show it in his thoughts, his words, his actions, and his deeds!
