No more tit for tat
Time out for all of that
You be nice to me then I'll be nice to you
I don't see ay Christianity in that do you
No more playing church
Then leaving God in the lurch
Wanting to be blessed
But partaking in mess
Then wondering why I'm stressed
Its time to stop masquerading as a doormat
Its time out for tit for tat
Having a hard time fulfilling my purpose
The cares of this world are making me nervous
Time to clean up my talk
Time to straighten up my walk
I'm tired of crying to Pharoah
Tired of pleading "Let my people go"
I know his eye is on the sparrow
But how difficult it is to walk the straight and narrow
I will make good use of my time and talents
God is transforming me from vain to valiant
I want to be "all that" in God's eyes
Keeping focused on the eternal prize
Being "all that" means that I must resist the temptation to partake in tit for tat
Time out for all of that
