It's been quite some time since I stopped by to say hey and spill my head. Well I must confess, I've been writing in my diary a lot just because there is so many issues on my heart that I need to let "flow" (that's from my favorite Hezekiah Walker song - "Gratefulness").
Anyway...today is May 29, and tomorrow is May 30th! Do you know what that means! Yes yes yes....Sex And The City The Movie will make it's debut in the theaters. Lisa and I already have our tickets purchased, and I must say I'm going to so enjoy seeing this movie with her. Lisa is like my husband/wife, and our marriage has stood through the trials and tribulations for 22 years. Let me say that again TWENTY TWO years!!!!!! We've been through first periods, first boyfriends, shared boyfriends (gotta love the boys of Mr. Pemberton's class), shared crushes (gotta love Mr. Pemberton), first loves, sweet 16's, high school proms, high school graduations, college acceptances, college friends, college cries, college trips, college graduations, grad school acceptances, grad school graduations, gun shots (yeah I'm a G), parties, drama, parties, drama and more parties with drama together. And we've come that age where it'll be marriages, and babies soon. If ever I need a shoulder to cry on, some "real talk" advice, or just a friend, I've got her, and isn't that what the relationship of the SATC ladies all about.
I'm so excited to spend my weekend with her laughing, partying, and being broke together. I Love her so much!
