Aint Gon Let No One Turn Me Round

These are notes that I forgot I had from Enon Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA. I went to church with my Iota Phi Lambda chapter President, Dean and line sister. This was perfect timing as it was shortly after my first "performance improvement plan" in May. I had to sit back and re-read this today and feel stronger because of it (you know that means another test will be coming soon).

Do your duty - you may or may not like to do something but if its your duty you NEED to do it. Stay faithful and you're in this place because God is molding you for the next step.

Everything God gave to you needs to be passed along to others. All your skills, talents. Success is nothing without significance.

Endure the inevitable - Endure hardness. Nothing good comes easy. Stand in the midst of the hardship and keep moving. No matter how hard its not always the devil but a TEST of endurance.

The hardness comes as an affirmation as a testament of me. It comes becomes I have something in me that needs to come out. Show how wonderful and important you are to the Lord.

DON'T GET DISTRACTED! The devil doesn't have to win in order to win. Even if you won be careful that the devil has taken you away from the full lesson to learn. Don't let the devil mess you up by clouding your head. Remember I'm not here to let you effect me, I'm here for a greater purpose - to do the work my Lord has placed me here to do. Don't just win the battle, win the war

Its not that you win. Its HOW you win. Its possible to have things but let it honor God and your purpose.

Not my will but let Thine be done. I've come too far from where I started from. I don't believe he brought me this far to leave me. Just keep praying, just keep believing, stay faithful
